I’m Callie Mundy. The Head Maker over here at mundymade.
After graduating culinary school I spent nearly 10 years in bakeries, resorts, restaurants, and hotels. Curating menus and composing plated desserts as an Executive Pastry Chef was my most treasured role. In 2020 I decided to shift my focus from star-employee to trying-her-best-mom. It’s unclear if that was a promotion or demotion, but this too is a treasured role. I now own and operate my own small baking business from home. (Being the only mundymade employee also makes me the boss, so there’s that!)
My purpose in sharing these home-baked goods with you is to invite your celebrations to be memorable, delicious, and unique. I value nostalgic and approachable flavors while pushing curiosity and tasteful exploration. I strive to create products with beauty and cleverness, both inside and out.
